South Pacific Rehab Services seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered care in skilled nursing and post-acute settings across Hawaii. In this role, you will assess and treat adult and geriatric patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. You will create and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team.
