Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for a school setting in Miller County Schools District. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by administering evaluations, developing and implementing therapy plans, providing speech and language services, monitoring progress, and collaborating with teams to support student outcomes. **Why Join Us*** Competitive pay (Up to $45-55/hour) + steady school-year schedule* W-2 employment with liability insurance included* Healthcare benefits\\* + 401(k) with company match* Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses* Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses### **What You’ll Do*** Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to assigned students* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals* Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and data* Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication and learning* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to service recommendations* Maintain compliant and confidential student records in accordance with regulations* Support a range of student communication needs across school settings* Perform additional duties as assigned to support student success### **What We’re Looking For*** Valid Georgia Teacher certification* Master's Degree from a Professional Standards Commission approved accredited college or university in Speech Language Therapy* Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills* School-based experience preferred, not required**About Ampersand Therapy** Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
