SLP Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Nebraska
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment

SLP Key Responsibilities:

• Perform screenings, evaluations, and therapy sessions for patients referred by physicians or other sources
• Administer standardized tests and interpret results to assess communication skills
• Provide clear documentation and patient education, with recommendations based on assessments
• Create and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, documenting progress after each session
• Regularly communicate with physicians about patient progress and treatment outcomes
