Position Overview
ATC Healthcare is seeking five dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide in-person services within Cecil County Public Schools. These school-based positions offer the opportunity to help students develop essential communication skills while collaborating with educators and families to support academic success.
Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat students with speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff and families.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education guidelines.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active state SLP license.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
