Speech Language Pathologist

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each patient's needs.
- Provide therapy in diverse settings, including clinics, schools, and home health environments.
- Work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress.
- Educate patients and families on effective communication strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Illinois licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in clinical or educational settings is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
