W-2 / Hourly Positions:
- SLP (CF to CCC-SLP): $65,000-$85,000 annually
- Bilingual SLP (Spanish/English): $68,000-$90,000 annually
- SLP: $50-$76/hour
(Based on experience and bilingual status)
- SLP: $30/session or $60/hour & $80/Evaluation

- Productivity expectation: 26/40 hours in direct care
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to support each child's communication goals
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized, engaging treatment plans
- Deliver therapy that blends clinical expertise with creativity and play
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
- Pediatric experience (including internships or CFY)
- Passion for helping children and families thrive
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
