Compensation Options
Pay‑Per‑Visit (PPV)
- $35 per 30‑minute treatment session.
- $70 per evaluation (negotiable based on experience).
Guaranteed Hourly Rate
- $32–$41 per hour, based on experience.

What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive speech‑language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Deliver engaging, evidence‑based therapy services.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers.
- Maintain timely documentation and treatment records.
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists.
- Help children develop communication skills that positively impact their lives.
What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active North Carolina Speech‑Language Pathologist License.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) preferred.
- Pediatric experience through employment, clinical fellowship, internships, or fieldwork.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
