• 1–2 days per week dedicated to virtual supervision, telehealth, documentation, and administrative responsibilities.

Compensation Options

Pay‑Per‑Visit (PPV)

• $35 per 30‑minute treatment session.
• $70 per evaluation (negotiable based on experience).

Guaranteed Hourly Rate

• $32–$41 per hour, based on experience.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive speech‑language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Deliver engaging, evidence‑based therapy services.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain timely documentation and treatment records.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists.
• Help children develop communication skills that positively impact their lives.

What We're Looking For

• Master's Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active North Carolina Speech‑Language Pathologist License.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) preferred.
• Pediatric experience through employment, clinical fellowship, internships, or fieldwork.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
