Addus Family Company is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home evaluation and treatment for adult and geriatric patients. In this mission-driven, patient-focused role, you will assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders; develop individualized treatment plans; and deliver evidence-based therapy in patients’ homes. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, educate families and caregivers, ensure accurate and timely documentation, and uphold high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while supporting patients’ ability to remain safely at home.
