As a Speech Language Pathologist at MedStar Health, you will provide evaluation and treatment for adults and/or pediatrics with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in an acute and/or outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting evidence-based assessments, developing individualized care plans, delivering direct therapy, and educating patients and families. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, rehab, and care teams while documenting in the EHR and contributing to quality and safety initiatives in a patient-first, mission-driven environment.
