Clinic Location: 5131 Meadow Ranch Parkway, Richmond, TX, 77407.

We understand that therapists have different goals and work styles. That’s why we’ve built a Pay‑Per‑Visit (PPV) compensation model ($30‑$34) for our therapy team members, designed to reward productivity while ensuring fairness, transparency, and growth — all without compromising the consistency of patient care.

Flexible Schedule Options

• Four 9‑hour days with a half‑day Friday.
• Four 10‑hour days for a longer weekend.

What You’ll Do

• Create and implement personalized therapy plans that help children reach meaningful milestones.
• Turn therapy into fun, engaging experiences through play‑based activities.
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, and teammates.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, well‑rounded care.

Requirements

• Active Texas SLPA license – REQUIRED.
• A passion for working with children and making therapy both effective and fun.

Physical Requirements

• Move, play, and engage with children throughout the day.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and assist with patient positioning.
• Transition between sitting, standing, kneeling, and more.
• Use quick, responsive movements to support patient needs.
