Position Summary:

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) to join our growing team. As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed SLP, delivering high-quality therapy to children with a variety of diagnoses, helping them improve developmental and communication skills.

Pay: $32 - $40 per visit. (35 - 60 minutes each visit)

Responsibilities:

  • Implement speech therapy treatment plans under SLP supervision
  • Provide direct patient care, including exercises, play-based activities, and functional interventions
  • Monitor and document patient progress accurately
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to adjust plans as needed
  • Educate families on strategies for communication and skill development at home
  • Maintain timely, clear, and organized clinical documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
  • Current Texas SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one
  • At least 1 year of pediatric and/or home health experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver’s license

Schedule:
