Position Summary:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) to join our growing team. As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed SLP, delivering high-quality therapy to children with a variety of diagnoses, helping them improve developmental and communication skills.
Pay: $32 - $40 per visit. (35 - 60 minutes each visit)
Responsibilities:
- Implement speech therapy treatment plans under SLP supervision
- Provide direct patient care, including exercises, play-based activities, and functional interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to adjust plans as needed
- Educate families on strategies for communication and skill development at home
- Maintain timely, clear, and organized clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Current Texas SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one
- At least 1 year of pediatric and/or home health experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver’s license
