Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Houston, TX

Desired Background and Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as an SLP or SLPA required
• CCC certification preferred for openings needing 2-5 days/week; Clinical Fellows welcome (full-time/5 days preferred)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly valued
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Commitment to onsite services (remote work is not available)
• Must be able to provide both therapy and evaluation as part of daily responsibilities (no supervision-only or ARD-only roles)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students
• Collaborate with educators, administration, and families to support student goals
• Complete documentation and maintain records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student planning
