Speech Language Pathologist – Worcester County, MA
Onward Search Education is partnering with a district in Worcester County, MA, to hire a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2025–2026 school year. The role offers a flexible weekly schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering speech and language therapy services to students throughout the academic year.
Pay Range
Base pay: $53.00/hr – $63.00/hr (actual pay will be based on skills and experience).
Schedule & Caseload
- Location: In-person (no hybrid or remote options available)
- Schedule: January 2026 – June 2026
- Caseload: 40 students
- Grade Level: Elementary
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to students to support their speech, language, and communication needs in an academic setting.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ needs and track progress.
- Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates may be considered.
- License through the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE).
- Speech Language Pathology License in the state of Massachusetts.
- Previous school‑based or pediatric experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
