What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive speech-language and swallowing evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy addressing speech, language, cognition, voice, and dysphagia
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal resident outcomes
- Educate residents, families, and staff on communication and swallowing strategies
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Wisconsin
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in skilled nursing or senior living settings preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Commitment to excellence and professional growth

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
