About the Role:
Santa Rosa Speech Therapy PC is looking for a passionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated team in Santa Rosa, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients by delivering high-quality, compassionate speech and language care in a supportive clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, educators, and families to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records
- Provide education and guidance to patients and caregivers on communication strategies and home practice
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities
- Supervise SLPA's at $5.00 per note.
Requirements:
- Master\'s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
- Valid California state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with pediatric and/or adult patient populations preferred
- Strong knowledge of AAC, articulation, language disorders, and dysphagia treatment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to therapy and care
