About the Role:


Santa Rosa Speech Therapy PC is looking for a passionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated team in Santa Rosa, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients by delivering high-quality, compassionate speech and language care in a supportive clinical environment.


Responsibilities:



  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical goals

  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed

  • Collaborate with physicians, educators, and families to provide comprehensive patient care

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records

  • Provide education and guidance to patients and caregivers on communication strategies and home practice

  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities

  • Supervise SLPA's at $5.00 per note.


Requirements:



  • Master\'s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship eligibility

  • Valid California state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or ability to obtain)

  • Experience with pediatric and/or adult patient populations preferred

  • Strong knowledge of AAC, articulation, language disorders, and dysphagia treatment

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to therapy and care
