About the Role:

Santa Rosa Speech Therapy PC is looking for a passionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated team in Santa Rosa, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients by delivering high-quality, compassionate speech and language care in a supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical goals

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed

Collaborate with physicians, educators, and families to provide comprehensive patient care

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records

Provide education and guidance to patients and caregivers on communication strategies and home practice

Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities

Supervise SLPA's at $5.00 per note.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship eligibility

Valid California state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or ability to obtain)

Experience with pediatric and/or adult patient populations preferred

Strong knowledge of AAC, articulation, language disorders, and dysphagia treatment

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Compassionate, patient-centered approach to therapy and care
