Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description

Simon Haas Staffing Agency is in search of a skilled Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Pennsylvania. As a Speech and Language Pathologist, you will help patients regain independence in their daily lives. We offer competitive hourly rates ranging from $55/hr for this position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language abilities, including articulation, fluency, voice, and comprehension.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on speech and language disorders and strategies for improvement.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals, to optimize patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
