Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a specialized educational setting serving students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental learning differences. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide both individual and group speech therapy sessions.
- Create customized therapy materials and interventions.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff.
- Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as needed.
Qualifications
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Ability to supervise SLPAs is a plus.
- New graduates with appropriate licensure are encouraged to apply.
