Overview

The Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) provides specialized assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to students aged 5-22 with severe behavioral and developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy
  • Collaborate with staff and families to support communication and feeding goals
  • Assist with AAC device recommendations
  • Integrate communication strategies into behavior plans
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Qualifications

  • Master’s in Speech‑Language Pathology
  • Current CA licensure
  • Experience working with students with complex disabilities
  • Preferred: ABA knowledge
  • Preferred: AAC systems proficiency
  • Preferred: Bilingual abilities

Work Details

Role is in-person, Monday‑Friday, 8:30 AM‑3:30 PM.
