Make a real difference in students' lives. We're hiring a dedicated Special Education Resource Teacher to support a caseload of approximately 20 students in Grades 4-6 for the upcoming school year.
What You'll Do:
• Provide individualized and small-group instruction to students with disabilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals, accommodations, and progress
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to support each student's success
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with special education regulations
What You'll Need:
• Active Special Education teaching certification (or ability to obtain one)
• Experience with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• A genuine commitment to helping every student reach their full potential
