Supporting Navy acquisition and modernization programs, the full-time Spectrum Engineer will provide technical expertise in spectrum management and electromagnetic compatibility while working remotely and adhering to East Coast hours. Key responsibilities Provide technical expertise on spectrum management and electromagnetic compatibility for Navy systems across various domains Conduct technical analyses, including interference assessments and operational feasibility studies for RF and spectrum-dependent systems Prepare and submit spectrum certification packages and support compliance with relevant spectrum regulations and standards Required qualifications U.S. Citizenship required; active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physics from an accredited institution Minimum of 4 years of experience in spectrum engineering or related RF engineering functions Experience with spectrum certification and frequency allocation activities Knowledge of NTIA Manual requirements and DoD spectrum policies
