- Lead continuous process improvements and meet with direct reports for coaching
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years laboratory, healthcare, manufacturing, or warehouse experience
- Experience with automated laboratory equipment
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer proficiency
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
- High attention to detail with multitasking capability
