Proactively driving specification growth, the full-time Specification Business Development Manager will identify and secure opportunities in the Hospitality, PBSA, and Commercial sectors, engaging with key stakeholders to influence design decisions and convert projects into profitable business while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and secure specification opportunities across targeted sectors Build and maintain strategic relationships with developers, architects, and project stakeholders Promote and champion fully integrated access solutions, providing technical and compliance expertise Required Qualifications Proven track record in specification sales with experience influencing key stakeholders Strong commercial acumen with a history of meeting revenue targets Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills Full UK driving licence Experience in the Hospitality or PBSA sectors is desirable
