Specialty Scope Coordinator

To support the Property Preservation department, the full-time Specialty Scope Coordinator will recruit and onboard specialty independent contractors for hazard claim repairs and large construction jobs, while managing contractor assignments and ensuring timely order completion in a remote or hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Research and analyze independent contractor leads to identify suitable candidates for NFR's network Onboard independent contractors by conducting interviews, obtaining required documents, and ensuring compliance with NFR and client requirements Manage contractor assignments and pricing negotiations while utilizing critical thinking to improve processes Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in contractor/vendor recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in construction or property preservation Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with multiple software applications Exceptional customer service and communication skills Basic understanding of construction estimating and cost estimating software is a plus High School diploma or GED required; relevant college experience preferred
