Acting as the subject-matter expert for specialty drug programs, the full-time Specialty Rx Coordinator will manage care coordination for members on specialty medications, communicate with stakeholders, and develop training documentation, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinate care for members taking specialty medications between providers, internal teams, and specialty vendors Lead implementation calls with specialty Rx partners to support new client pharmacy setups Provide recurring education and training for internal teams on specialty Rx topics Required qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience Two years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or direct patient care setting
