Engineering degree from an accredited university with minimum 12 relevant integration and testing experience in aerospace or similar field, ideally working with complex electro-mechanical systems in aerospace or a related field.Experience with embedded system hardware and softwareStrong troubleshooting, organizational, and written communication skillsAbility to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systemsExperience with component and system-level testingExperience developing test benchesExperience documenting wiring schematicsLabVIEW and/or Python development skillsExperience with NI Veristand a plusDevelopment and validation of redundant systems for safety critical applicationsAircraft systems development per DO-254 and DO-178Environmental Qualification standards such as DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461/464, MIL-STD-704Aircraft/spacecraft wiring per AS50881Digital communication protocols such as RS232, RS422, RS485, Ethernet, MIL-STD-1553 and CANDemonstrate willingness to adjust thinking and behaviorAbility to communicate in a manner that is timely, respectful, and open to other ideasThe annual U.S.
base salary range for this full-time position is $136,063.00–$207,596.00. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience and take into account internal equity.
