The ideal candidate will support the investment team in evaluating special situations and distressed investment opportunities across a range of industries. You will conduct financial and industry analysis, build and maintain financial models, evaluate company capital structures, and assist with due diligence and investment recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial, industry, and company analysis to evaluate investment opportunities
- Build and analyze financial models, including cash flow, valuation, and capital structure analysis
- Support due diligence and research on prospective investments
- Prepare investment materials, presentations, and internal memos
- Monitor portfolio companies and relevant market developments
- Work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the investment process
- Assist with evaluating distressed, restructuring, and other special situations opportunities
