Special Programs Support Specialist, Imagery Analyst (IA)Location: Springfield, VA (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking a qualified Special Programs Support Specialist – Imagery Analyst (IA) to support mission-critical geospatial intelligence operations.

The role focuses on IMINT/GEOINT analysis, particularly softcopy still imagery exploitation, analysis, and production in support of high-priority programs. The ideal candidate will possess an active TS/SCI clearance with a current CI polygraph and formal imagery training, along with strong experience in geospatial tools and multimodal imagery analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform IMINT/GEOINT analysis supporting mission-critical programsConduct softcopy still imagery exploitation, analysis, and productionUtilize ArcGIS or similar tools for geospatial analysis and reportingAnalyze multimodal imagery to support intelligence objectivesSupport high-priority operational and analytical requirementsMaintain and update geospatial data and imagery productsCollaborate with intelligence teams in a secure, fast-paced environmentContribute to geospatial workflows, data integrity, and analytical outputsMust-Have SkillsActive TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph (or ability to upgrade)U.S. Citizenship3+ years of IMINT/GEOINT experience (or 1 year with relevant degree)Experience in softcopy still imagery exploitation and productionCompletion of certified imagery schoolhouseProficiency with ArcGIS or similar geospatial toolsExperience with multimodal imageryRequired SkillsStrong imagery analysis and intelligence production capabilitiesExperience in geospatial analysis and reportingAbility to operate in high-security environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred / Nice-to-Have SkillsGPC certificationExperience with geodatabases and SOM toolsSpecial Operations experienceAbility to start immediatelyRelevant bachelor's degreeIndustry ExperienceGovernment / Military environment requiredEducationBA/BS in Geospatial Intelligence, Intelligence Studies, or related field (preferred)Additional NotesActive TS/SCI with CI polygraph is mandatory.
