Provide specialized instruction to students with emotional, learning, and physical disabilities in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) - p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0">
Develop, implement, and modify lesson plans to meet each student's unique needs - p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0">
Manage and maintain accurate IEP documentation, case files, and compliance records - p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0">
Collaborate with general education teachers, school psychologists, speech therapists, and social workers to support student success - p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0">
Support inclusion efforts by working with students in both special education and general education classroom settings - p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0">
Monitor student progress, conduct assessments, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly - p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0">
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance and developmental goals

Experience with IEP development and classroom management preferred
