In this role, you will work closely with a caseload of 5-7 students in grades K-2, developing individualized plans to help each child meet their educational and developmental goals. Qualifications:

• Valid certification in Special Education (state requirements must be met)
• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's preferred)
• Experience or strong interest in working with early elementary students

• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong organization and documentation abilities
