Position: Non-Medical Care Guidance Material Author (Autism Support)

Type: Hourly Contract (Remote)

Compensation: $140–$175/hr

Location: Remote

Duration: 10-40 hours/week, project-based (4–6 weeks)

Strong experience as a social worker, parent coach, caregiver advisor, or autism-focused support professional
Proven hands‑on experience supporting families with non-medical autism care challenges
Deep familiarity with sensory regulation, behavioral support, nutrition, toileting, and daily routine management
Strong knowledge of childcare sourcing, sitter/nanny evaluation, and family support systems
Experience advising on community rehabilitation services and long‑term housing planning for adults with autism
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, structured guidance materials
High attention to detail and ability to follow defined documentation standards
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work in an asynchronous, remote setting

Create structured, expert-level guidance content addressing common non-medical autism care challenges
Document practical approaches for managing sensory issues, meltdowns, nutrition, and potty training
Develop guidance on childcare sourcing, sitter/nanny vetting, and family support frameworks
Author materials on community rehabilitation options and long‑term housing planning for adults with autism
Provide insights on parent support systems, family dynamics, and couples-support strategies
Ensure all materials are accurate, clearly written, and aligned with project guidelines
Collaborate asynchronously with project stakeholders and meet all delivery timelines
