Location: Dripping Springs, TX 78620
Pay: $55-60 /hour (depending on assignment & experience)
Hours: ~37.5 hours per week

What You'll Do:
- Provide specialized instruction to students with IEPs in inclusion, resource, or substantially separate settings
- Design and deliver individualized lesson plans aligned to IEP goals
- Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate progress data
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to support inclusive practices
- Lead or contribute to IEP meetings, re-evaluations, and parent-teacher conferences
- Implement behavior support strategies and classroom accommodations
- Create a structured, supportive learning environment that promotes student independence and engagement

- Flexibility to explore new settings
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field from accredited university (Master's preferred)
- Valid Texas teaching certificate with required special education endorsement(s) for assignment
- Education Specialist Instruction Credential: Mild to Moderate Support Needs
- Knowledge of IEP development, MCAS accommodations, and SPED compliance
- Experience working with neurodiverse learners in school settings
- Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to pass background checks and provide professional references
- PREFERRED - Experience with SAFE IEP Management Software
