Ability to work effectively on a classroom team alongside other paraprofessionals, classroom service providers, and the teacher
Ability to take direction and execute tasks while also taking initiative, desirable
Willingness to support students with self-care and self-help tasks such as bathroom, grooming, and mealtimes, desirable
Ability to provide support to a classroom teacher managing student behaviors and social emotional needs, desirable
