The Cooke County Special Education Cooperative is seeking dedicated individuals to join our staff at Era Elementary. Paraprofessionals play a vital role in providing instructional, behavioral, and physical support to students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide one-on-one or small-group instructional support.
- Help manage classroom behavior and foster a safe, inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with student transitions between activities and provide personal care support if required by a student's specific needs.
Locations:
This position is at Era Elementary and would start ASAP.
