Job Description
Adelphi is seeking a Special Education Inclusion Teacher to support students with disabilities in grades 68 at a School in Greenville, South Carolina. This position emphasizes co-teaching and collaboration within general education classrooms to promote inclusion and student success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• South Carolina certification in Special Education (or eligibility).
• Experience providing inclusion support at the middle school level.
• Knowledge of differentiated instruction and co-teaching models.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with general education teachers.

Responsibilities:

• Co-teach and provide support in inclusion classrooms for grades 68.
• Deliver specially designed instruction aligned with students’ IEPs.
• Facilitate accommodations and modifications within the general education curriculum.
• Schedule includes one 25-minute lunch and two 45-minute planning periods daily.
• Collect data and report student progress regularly.
• Collaborate with faculty, parents, and administrators to ensure student success.
• Promote inclusive practices and provide guidance to classroom teachers.
• Any other duties as assigned
