- Assist special education teachers in daily classroom activities.
- Support students with academic and behavioral needs.
- Provide one-on-one or small-group assistance.
- Assist with classroom management.
- Help implement IEP accommodations.
- Monitor student safety.
- Prepare instructional materials.
- Maintain documentation as assigned.
- Collaborate with staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
High school diploma/GED; paraprofessional certification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- School-based experience.
- Patience and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with students with disabilities.
