Special Educator/Case Manager
Winnacunnet Cooperative High School is actively seeking a special educator/case manager for the 26-27 school year. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing specialized instruction in reading, writing, math and executive functioning; co-teaching; writing IEPs, progress reports and transition plans; paperwork and documentation; collaborate with regular education teachers, related service providers and administrators; participates in professional development, curriculum development, assessment and evaluation as indicated and attends and coordinates IEP meetings.
