Spectrum Center Schools and Programs is seeking a compassionate Special Education Aide to support K–12 students with autism, emotional and behavioral challenges, and other special needs. In this role, you’ll assist teachers with individualized instruction, behavior support, data collection, and classroom management in small, highly structured settings. You’ll help implement IEP goals, reinforce social and communication skills, and provide personal care as needed.
Collaborate closely with teachers, clinicians, and families while receiving ongoing training and professional development in a mission-driven, student-focused environment.
