Classroom Assistant
Position Needed: 1.0 FTE Classroom Assistant
Position Qualifications:
- Illinois Educator License endorsed as a Paraprofessional; PLS-Paraprofessional License (formerly Statement of Approval from Illinois State Board of Education) or have earned 60 College Credit Hours
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with special needs children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills that support collaboration with classroom teachers and special education team members
- Respectful of student and school confidentiality requirements
- Honest, trustworthy, reliable, and of good character.
Salary: $19.50 per hour. Competitive benefit package.
