Special Counsel Attorney - Remote

• Handle administrative charges, attorney demand letters, and employment litigation matters
• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
• Develop case strategy and supervise junior attorneys when appropriate
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, conferences, and trials
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys, paralegals, and support staff

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 7+ years of Labor & Employment experience
• Strong employment litigation experience
• Experience handling administrative charges and demand letters preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Active bar license in good standing
  
  

• Base salary ranging from $172,500 - $217,500, depending on experience, qualifications, and billable hour track
