At Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, our Sales Associates are key to creating the Best Hour of Our Clients' Day. We are looking for a positive, energetic team member who enjoys talking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident asking for the sale.

What our Spa Associates Do:

Welcome and greet guests and create an exceptional first impression.

Educate clients on membership benefits, spa services, and promotions.

Consistently meet and exceed membership sales goals.

Build lasting relationships with members and guests.

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries.

Sell memberships, gift cards, enhancements, and spa packages.

Follow up with prospective and existing members.

Promote health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and skincare services.

Help maintain a professional, clean and inviting spa environment

Support teammates and contribute to a positive spa culture

What we're Looking For

Previous sales, retail, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Comfortable discussing memberships and asking for the sale.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset

Ability to multitask and remain profession in a busy environment.

Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Team player who enjoys celebrating wins together.

What’s in it for you?
