Job Summary:

Able Minds ABA is seeking an experienced Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Conduct ABA therapy sessions with children and adolescents in a fun and engaging environment
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data on client progress and development
• Collaborate with RBTs, BCBAs, and parents to ensure seamless communication and consistency
• Provide assistance and support to families and caregivers to promote generalization of skills

Requirements:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with individuals and families

Compensation:

• Pay Range: $30 - $36/hour
• Full-Time: 30-40 hours/week or Part-Time slots Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Woodbine, MD
