Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience and help customers navigate the health insurance enrollment process.

Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
• Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
• Provide a personal device with a functioning camera for the 3‑week training period
• Commit to full attendance for the paid training period
• Maintain a minimum internet speed of 35mb/s with a hard‑wired Ethernet connection
• Use cable or fiber broadband internet – mobile internet services, satellites, Wi‑Fi access, and Wi‑Fi adapters/extenders are not compatible

Essential Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Deliver the highest level of customer service consistently
• Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
• Enter application data accurately
• Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
• Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
• Apply creative problem‑solving skills
• Adapt flexibly to changing projects and updates
• Manage time and tasks, prioritizing effectively for multitasking
• Complete extensive self‑study, training, and testing, passing required exams to proceed through training and certifications
• Adhere to regulated communication guidelines across all channels

Preferred Experience (not required)

• Previous customer support or technical support role
• Experience with group and/or individual health insurance or the Affordable Care Act
• Experience in a call center
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Spanish bilingual – a plus
