Come be one of the people playing a critical role to defeat the enemies of freedom.As a Space Vehicle Electrical Test Engineer, you will:Lead systems integration and test execution effortsDevelop, and review test artifactsOversee test execution of various subsystem and system-level testsDocument test results and test discrepanciesLead test anomaly and troubleshooting effortsModerate among the interests of multi-disciplinary groups to synthesize test plans and test procedures that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraintsPerform to functional and technical specifications and standardsAid in solutions for hardware/software interface problemsEnsure integration of the entire system or subsystem through test product executionCoordinate subsystem and/or system testing activities with support organizationsPerform impromptu briefs of test status or discrepancies to customer representatives or program managementWork within a fast-paced production operations environment that may include 24/7 support and travel to support full lifecycle operationsBasic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline or related experienceAbility to lead a team through the execution of established procedures and processesPrevious test experienceProficiency with a high-level scripting language (Python, PHP, Ruby, etc.) to support automated test script development, debug, and executionMust have an Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI w/ PolyDesired Skills:Active TS/SCI w/ PolyExperienced Test Conductor on Space Vehicle Integration and Test Programs, including: Component and System Level Functional and Environmental testExperience with electrical test equipment such as bench top power supplies, oscilloscopes, digital multi-meters, signal generatorsExperience in Space Vehicle Test Operations including the test development process, test execution, data analysis, and anomaly resolutionExcellent technical writing, planning and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to achieve consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team membersDemonstrated basic understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviorsProficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practicePay Information:Full-Time Salary Range: $ - $ At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
