Let's build a collection of memories together!Key ResponsibilitiesWelcomes and acknowledges all guests in the spa, according to company standards; anticipates and meets their service needs, and thanks them with genuine courtesy.Coordinates and confirms all spa reservations.Ensures that all equipment is in working order and ready for use.Guarantees adequate inventory levels and restocks merchandise as needed.Ensures that all spa areas, such as reservations, sales, spa services, salon, and maintenance, consistently meet spa standards.Maintains all spa areas, both indoors and outdoors, in order throughout the day.Attends to guest requests and/or problems and satisfies their needs.Complies with all functions according to hotel policies, procedures, internal regulations, and standards.Stays informed about daily hotel operations, bulletin boards, and is aware of all changes, new procedures, and events.Complies with all company safety policies and procedures; reports accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management.Supports product sales by offering knowledge of the same and assisting guests in their purchases.Collaborates with team members to provide seamless service in all spa and salon areas.Complies with all hotel, spa, and safety policies; reports any unsafe conditions to management.Ensures that the uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.Maintains the confidentiality of proprietary information.Performs other functions as requested by supervisors.QualificationsHospitality service orientedPrevious experience in a salon or spa environment preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressureFlexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidaysBilingual, preferably (Spanish and English)Benefits401(k) planEmployer contribution to 401(k)The Condado Collection is an equal opportunity employer.
