(When applicable)The packer must perform any activity required by the operator, production lead, or the production supervisorAdequately carries out all activities related to security and quality of the productComplies and enforces food quality and food safety.Complies and enforces Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).QualificationsEducation and QualificationsBasic math, reading skills, good communication skills, written and oral.Must be able to work rotating shiftsMust be able willing to work with very little notice upon business needs.Able to work in a fast-paced environmentSelf-learner and ability to multi-taskBasic computer knowledgeMust be able to cross-train in other positions including departments.Physical RequirementsAble to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. and 50 lbs.
