Soybean Production SupervisorThis position will be a part of our Soybean Operation and will work directly with our Soybean Manager and team. The ideal candidate should have previous background experience in agriculture and/or a degree in Agriculture or previous experience in seed or farm operations. Training will be provided but the candidate must be a quick learner, willing and able to ask questions, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle many responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills are a must and willingness to change and grow with the company. Attention to detail and comfortable working with large spreadsheets to input data throughout different times of the year.
