Southwest Region Nurse Practitioner

To support maternal health initiatives, the full-time Southwest Region Nurse Practitioner will provide virtual patient care by assessing and signing breast pump prescriptions while ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices. Key responsibilities Assess and sign breast pump prescriptions for patients via telehealth Conduct professional consultations and communicate with patients using the company's electronic medical record system Uphold clinical protocols and ensure compliance with healthcare quality and regulatory standards Required qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in a clinical field (Nurse Practitioner) Active professional licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in good standing in the Southwest Region (Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas) Preferred active MMIS (State Medicaid) credentials in all states Preferred certification as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) or Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) Minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience in a healthcare setting
