Campaign ManagerA competitive Democratic Congressional campaign based in Southern California is seeking a Campaign Manager.The campaign manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the campaign, including but not limited to field, finance, and political.The campaign manager will:Serve as main point of contact for the campaignCollaborate with the consulting teamManage social media posts and sharing campaign updatesRecruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers to fulfill needs of the field planWork closely with the candidate and fundraising team to maintain scheduleOther tasks as neededAn ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:Previous campaign experience, including organizing or financeAbility to work long hours or weekendsStrong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to community involvement and electing Democratic leadersExperience with NGP/VANSalary is commensurate with experience.
