To support maternal health initiatives, the full-time Southeast Region Licensed Nurse Practitioner will assess and sign breast pump prescriptions while providing telehealth consultations for patients in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Assess and sign breast pump prescriptions for patients in alignment with maternal health program requirements Conduct professional services consultations with patients via telehealth Utilize electronic medical record systems and virtual platforms for patient communication and documentation Required qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in a clinical field (Nurse Practitioner) Active professional licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the Southeast Region Preferred active MMIS (State Medicaid) credentials in all relevant states Minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience in a healthcare setting Interest in maternal health and improving patient outcomes
